OnePlus Exclusive Service Centre

Visited the OnePlus Exclusive Service Center in Thane West recently and had a good overall experience. The center follows a proper system for token and queue management, which makes the process smooth and organized. There were around 6 to 8 service engineers available, ensuring timely assistance and minimal waiting time. The staff was polite and handled the issue professionally. The service timing is from 10 AM to 6 PM, which is quite convenient. there is still some scope for faster resolution in complex issues. Otherwise, a reliable place for OnePlus users in the area.

I visited to this service centre today (18 July 2025) for the first time to any OnePlus service centre. And I got overwhelmed with the service they have provided. I got replacement of my OnePlus Bullets Z2 within 1 hour. The welcoming nature, understanding, good communication behaviour, easy and quick solutions and especially in front of your eyes as service engineers repairing desk is visible to everyone. It was totally fantastic experience. Every other brands should learn from this OnePlus Service Centre. Thanks.
