Green line error happened in my oneplus 9, I bought it in 2021, and went there today 6 December 2025,still they did the job within an hour, free of cost. That's great. BUT HERE'S SOMETHING U SHOULD KNOW, a customer came with same green line, error, but his phone's back was broken, in this case it was owner responsibility, they still will do the job, but you have to pay for the damage, any outside damage or screen crack opt you OUT of this FREE scheme. IN ANY CASE YOUR PHONE WILL GET REPAIRED CONCERNING SCREEN WITHIN HOURS, THEY ARE really functional.
