OnePlus Exclusive Service Center

Overall it was kind of ok ok experience. One of the technical staff had an attitude which was not expected. I got the usual green screen problem and when i went for replacement of screen, he became cid’s pradyuman telling me that your phone is opened and serviced by third party people earlier blah blah. He tried his level best but unfortunately all the parts of my phone was original and he had to replace the screen at the end 🥲. And it is a free of cost replacement if your phone has no external damage. Edit: my phone back panel got opened after 2 days of servicing.

Very prompt service by Janakpuri service centre. Display changed free of cost. very courteous staff. Neat and clean centre. Mr Prem Tripathi was very helpful. 👍
