Very professional service center, I was very nicely welcomed, I came for a broken screen on a Oneplus 13,they got the new genuine screen replacement in stock, they managed to change the screen within 2 hours and perform qualification testing right after, my phone is brand new, I strongly recommend, friendly staff and professionalism! I would like to share my experience with the OnePlus service center. I am a proud OnePlus 8T user for the past 6 years, and I am truly satisfied with their service. The first time I had a display issue, it was replaced at the Bangalore service center. Recently, I visited the Kochi service center for the same issue, and once again, they replaced my display without charging any money. They didn’t even ask for bills. I really appreciate the professional and customer-friendly support provided by the team. Even after many years of usage, the service quality remains excellent.
