I had a great experience at the OnePlus Service Centre in Kurla Market City. I visited the centre because my OnePlus 9R had developed two lines on the display, and I was unsure about the best way to get it resolved. I was assisted by Pooja, a very helpful and professional customer service representative. She clearly explained my options: Screen Replacement – just replace the screen of the 9R. Device Upgrade – submit the 9R and upgrade to a new OnePlus 12R by paying the difference amount. Pooja guided me through the entire process in a very smooth and transparent manner. She informed me about the required documents, the time needed, and all the necessary steps. Thanks to her efficient handling, the complete process was done in just 90 minutes, and I walked out with a brand-new OnePlus 12R.
