Excellent Service at OnePlus Saket Service Centre. I recently had an outstanding experience at the OnePlus service centre in Saket. My 5-year-old phone's display screen, affected by the "Green Line issue", was covered under the lifetime display warranty. I submitted my phone around 6:30 PM, and by the next morning, I received notification that the display had been replaced with a new one at no cost. This replacement would have otherwise incurred a significant charge of approximately ₹15,000. I am extremely grateful to the entire OnePlus team and the staff at the Saket service centre for their super-fast service and professionalism. Ms. Shikha and Nisha, in particular, were exceptionally courteous and handled the entire process with great efficiency. Good job, Team OnePlus!
