"OS Upgrade" Policy of 13 Series We would like to address recent misunderstandings regarding our software update policy for OnePlus smartphones. It has come to our attention that there has been some confusion about the number of Android OS updates provided for our devices, including the newly launched OnePlus 13 series. To be clear, the initial Android OS version that comes pre-installed on OnePlus 13 Series at launch does not count as the first update. This means that for the OnePlus 13 series, users can expect to receive Android 16, Android 17, Android 18, Android 19 as part of our commitment to four Android upgrades and six years of security updates.
