OnePlus Exclusive Service Center

I had a green line issue on my OnePlus 9, and this was my second visit to the same service centre for the same problem (first visit was in 2023). Both times, I received good service from the team. During my second visit, they offered me two options — either exchange my phone for the OnePlus 12R by paying ₹7,000 or get a free display replacement. I chose the first option, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the 12R in stock at that moment and said they would call me once it arrived. After few days, I received a call informing me that the exchange offer was no longer available. It would have been better if I was informed about this on the same day of my visit, as they might have already been aware of it. I decided to proceed with the display replacement. The service was quick and smooth — I submitted the phone, and within an hour they called me back to collect it. The display was perfectly replaced, and It was for free (They provide free display replacement only for the green line issue and the display has to be original with no other issues) Thanks to the team for the service.

Customer service was great. They took very swift action and the issue was resolved quickly. Karan and Arul were especially polite and helpful
