OnePlus Exclusive Service Centre

I have one plus nord 2T facing issue with low volume in calls and facing charging problem in my phone visited to mahadebpura service center Mr. Ramesh cleared my quires with in munits. thanqu you team and all staff are very good.

My OnePlus 8t suddenly showed green line after 4 years or so, which was replaced without any charge. I got my battery replaced as well since the phone is anyhow in service centre. All things are over within an hour for me. Support staffs were helpful, professional and provided all information regarding issues, cost, wait time. Waiting area is nice and comfortable with water, coffee and newspaper. It's nice for OnePlus to provide free screen replacement for a model which is almost 5 years old (twice). Since they knew there is a issue they are helping the existing customers till now, that's a great initiative to maintain customers loyalty.
