OnePlus Exclusive Service Centre

I had green line issues on my OnePlus phone screen and there are currently only 2 service centers present in tricity one of them have wrong phone numbers and this one is even open on Sundays. I went to the store on Sunday and called them beforehand to check if a replacement screen is available and they replied with accurate details. The staff was polite with me. While your phone is taken away, you have ample amount of options to play games on Playstation or just go to first floor for gaming sessions. Also automatic dispenser for Coffee and water is also present. All of this makes waiting comparatively easier. Overall service was really good. Oneplus has done a great job with after service and I strongly recommend this brand and this service center. One star taken out for Improvement Rest all is perfect. No issues in my replaced screen so far.
