OnePlus Service Centre – Gardens Galleria Mall, Sector 38 I had a good experience at this OnePlus service centre. The service is fast and well-managed. Waiting time is higher on weekends, so I’d recommend visiting on weekdays before 5 PM, or early morning on weekends for quicker service. The reception staff – Shahina, Jyoti, and Nikita – are very polite and helpful, and the technician Sandeep is highly professional and knowledgeable. The process is smooth with a physical token system, which helps keep things organised. They also provide free tea, coffee, and drinking water while you wait. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with proper sofa seating. For those coming by car or bike, paid parking is available at the mall. The service centre is located on the first floor and is easy to find. Overall, the staff is cooperative, maintenance is good, and the experience is hassle-free.
