Recently I visited the OnePlus service center, Rajajinagar to have my mobile display fixed. Prior to my visit, I had a few questions and contacted the center multiple times. Mr. Vidyadhar patiently addressed all my doubts over the phone with great clarity. Once I arrived at the service center, the response was prompt and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the well maintained ambience, including a coffee machine, clean restroom facilities, and comfortable seating for customers. After the display and battery replacement (which was completed within an hour), Mr. Vidyadhar clearly explained the dos and don’ts to follow for the long life of battery. I truly appreciate his quick, professional, and excellent service. Huge shout out to him for the fantastic job. Keep up the great work !!
