I recently visited the OnePlus Exclusive Service Center to get the power button of my OnePlus Nord 5G fixed, and I must say the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly polite and professional staff who truly embody what top-tier customer service should be. The ambience of the service center was modern and welcoming just like every other OnePlus Showroom. The best part?The service itself was impressively fast and efficient my issue was resolved within an hour, and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything for the fix. That kind of gesture says a lot about how much they value their customers. I walked out of there honestly impressed, and thinking this is how you build brand loyalty. So OnePlus, if you're reading this you've got a phenomenal team here please recognize them. They’re doing more than just fixing phones,they’re building trust. One thing worth noting for first-time visitors: the service center is located on the second floor of the building, which isn’t clearly mentioned anywhere. I had to call them to get the exact location, so a clearer address or a few photos on the listing would really help. A truly top-notch team — highly recommended for anyone looking for fast, honest, and customer-first service.
