So my oneplus buds 4 sound was not clear, baseless, and baground noise reduction wasn't good but it got fixed by the oneplus team in "Berkeley square" they were really kind and they offered refreshments had the best experience possible to me.
Try to visit this service centre if possible for the best experience rather than some oppo service centre. Thank you oneplus--
